Collection: ASH
Ash veneer is a durable, cost-effective, and aesthetically appealing thin layer of real ash wood, prized for its prominent and attractive grain patterns. It is widely used in furniture, cabinetry, and architectural paneling, offering the look of solid wood at a fraction of the cost.
The heartwood ranges from a cream to pale tan colour, while the sapwood can be nearly white. It can also be dyed to achieve various colours and tones. "Olive Ash" features darker, sometimes green, streaks and unique character from mineral deposits. Ash has an open-pored, well-defined, and often bold grain pattern. It has a good, medium-to-coarse texture that finishes well, whether with a natural finish, stain, or lacquer.
Ash is a strong and resilient hardwood, making the veneer a durable choice for high-wear applications when bonded to a stable core like MDF or plywood.
